Chartered physiotherapists treat patients suffering from painful musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and sports injuries at this clinic located at All Saints Road in London. The aim of the team is to help patients recover from their injuries or conditions in the shortest possible time, restore their normal function and mobility and prevent the condition or injury from recurring. Biography:
He graduated from the 4 years physiotherapy honors degree programme from Kings College, University in 1995. He then spent 5 years working at two of London’s leading teaching hospitals gaining a wide variety of experience before specializing in neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy. In the private sector he has worked in the areas of occupational health, sports injury and dance medicine/rehabilitation. He has worked as a physiotherapist with Rambert Dance Company, Merce Cunningham Dance Company and sees dancers from all styles of dance including ballet, contemporary and Jazz. He has always been committed to continuing professional development and completed postgraduate studies in sports physiotherapy and is a member of The Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP). He undertook his Clinical Pilates training with Polestar Pilates in 2001 and was an educator for Polestar Pilates U.K on their rehabilitation courses. He has also taught in the area of clinical Pilates/rehabilitation for The Pilates Foundation, Alan Herdman Studio and individual physiotherapy and Pilates studios in London. His core belief is that as a physiotherapist we do not just treat symptoms. Our aim should be to identify the cause, treat with the combination of skills and adjuncts at our disposal, speed recovery, educate and prevent recurrence. Having been a dancers he is a bit of a fitness junkie; he is a black belt in Taekwondo and participates in Crossfit and Pilates. He took his Crossfit level 1 certification in 2011.

Dr Anatonia Adeniji

Biography:
She graduated from The British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in 1996 since when she has worked in a variety of clinics enjoying integrating different approaches into her practice, both through discussion and interaction with varied practitioners, and through undertaking continuous professional development. As a result she enjoys treating a wide range of conditions and is likely to treat a baby or a new mother as she is an athlete or chronic pain condition. She has undertaken postgraduate courses in cranial and visceral osteopathy, Pilates rehabilitation exercises, and Western Acupuncture. She is a qualified Pilates equipment instructor as well as completing a mat work course with The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She has previously worked with dancers at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, and currently also works in a physiotherapy practice specialising in Pilates rehabilitation. She graduated with an MSc in Public Health Nutrition in 2004 from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She has integrated this research and political policy knowledge with her diploma in Naturopathy and developed a clinical nutrition approach that is evidence informed and allows her to supplement her manual therapy approach with sound nutritional advice. She has taught at BCOM since 2000 in the capacity of a clinic tutor, technique lecturer in soft tissue, osteopathic and visceral manipulation and also as a senior lecturer in nutrition. In her time outside of work, She raises her two children, and does as much zumba as her timetable allows!

She studied Physiotherapy in Alcala de Henares in Spain completing her studies in 2010. She studied at The London School of Sports massage (LSSM) and is a specialist sports massage therapist. In addition to her physiotherapy and sports massage skills she is also a personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning and post injury rehabilitation.
