The clinic is run by Consultant Clinician, Steven Harris, who has been helping people suffering from back, neck, muscle and joint strains for the last thirty years bringing that essential ingredient to the clinic, a vast and varied experience. His colleague Amy Raye has many years of clinical experience and together they create a highly effective team, maximising their effectiveness in reducing your recovery time. Appointments can be made with or without a doctor’s referral. Normally, you will be seen within two days. The initial consultation takes about forty five minutes and includes a fifteen minute assessment giving you the chance to describe and discuss your injury. The physiotherapist will then examine and discuss your injury to establish a diagnosis and treatment plan which will be fully explained to you. This is then followed by a thirty minute treatment. If further treatment is required these will each take thirty minutes and will involve on-going assessment and treatment. Treatments include: Mobilisation, Manipulation, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Massage, Exercise, Lifestyle Advice, The Bowen Technique, Ultrasound, Laser, Traction, Orthotics, Back Care Programmes. Treatments fees: Intial Assessment/ Treatment (45 minutes) £35.00 Treatment Sessions (30 minutes) £35.00

I have just had my 1st sports massage with Matt after suffering headaches and tension, and I must say - it/he was impressive. He's obviously very knowledgeable and experienced, but also a thorough professional, and really puts you at easy. I've booked 3 further appointments and feel sure he will sort the problem. The location of our clinic has enabled patients from Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham and Staffordshire to access a physiotherapist for treatment and thus receive the quality of care that they require in a timely fashion.  We offer a number of different services, including physiotherapy for low back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, muscle strains and much more. We cover areas from post-operative rehabilitation to sports injuries. We even have a children's physiotherapist who can do home visits. Our highly qualified physiotherapists are also members of the acupuncture association of chartered physiotherapists (AACP).  Our unique clinic follows the National institute for health and clinical excellence (NICE) guidelines when providing shockwave therapy for patients who are struggling with persistent musculoskeletal conditions. This includes plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinopathy, tennis + golfers elbow, trochanteric bursitis, patella tendinopathy, cslcific tendinitis of the shoulder and shin splints.

I have severe arthritis in my right foot and had been unable to receive steroid injections during Lockdown 1. I was in considerable pain and found it difficult to go for even short walks. The discomfort was adversely affecting my quality of life. I managed to get an appointment with Nicky and she prescribed a course of Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) as well as a biomechanical assessment to help manage the chronic pain. The effect has been amazing! I know wear bespoke orthotics and, with monthly IMS, I am walking freely. Cannot thank Nicky enough and wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing pain.
