Repetitive Strain Injury Treatment Worldwide

5th session on 30 December, able to walk well without a walking stick. First 3 sessions I went with a stick which started with a swollen ankle/arch joint and hip pain on both sides trying to manage with a stick, rather imbalanced movement. Natasha worked on my inflamed lumbar area and taught me exercises to strengthen my weak outer calf muscles as well as my buttock muscles to help me to carry myself in a more balanced way. Will complete my package of 10, and likely to sign up for 1 more to ensure all my imbalanced muscles are going to be retrained.

I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.

Hey peeps, I discovered a great place here. I had to mention that my uncle suffered a stroke but luckily he got help here. He’s appreciative of what they have done. Mr. Rush is an expert in stroke rehabilitation. He guided my uncle in improving his balance and dexterity. My uncle found great comfort in Mr Rush‘s friendly and encouraging demeanour.
