From time to time, we all need somebody to talk to.
If you are finding that enduring or living through a difficult, uncertain, stressful, traumatic time or life is overwhelming you.
If you find that your thoughts, feelings and emotions are limiting your ability to enjoy or engage fully in your life; you may need to talk to a trained professional to enable you to work through life's difficulties that may be stressful or overwhelming.
If you have concerns about:
ANXIETY,
BEREAVEMENT,
DEPRESSION,
or any other of life's difficulties that you feel that are are limiting you to fully live your life.

I provide an open minded, approachable, non judgemental, and confidential service.
I work with clients from 18 years of age on a one to one basis in a safe confidential environment.
Couple counselling is also available.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
During our first meeting; together we can explore what would be the best way of helping you. The amount of sessions can be discussed at this time. This will be revised from time to time, depending on your needs. I charge €60 for this assessment
FEES
Each session lasts 50 minutes and I charge €70 per session, to be paid at the end of each session.
However, fees can be negotiable under certain circumstances.
SESSIONS
I offer short term therapy which last from 6 to 12 sessions. More sessions can be offered, depending on your needs. Long term therapy sessions are also available.
HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
Referrals from Psychiatrists, General Practitioners or Allied health care professionals are welcome. I can work with clients that sometimes feel uncomfortable attending an in house Counsellor/Psychotherapist for a variety of reasons.
