I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for common mental health problems. Most often I see people who are experiencing problems with anxiety, depression or low mood, panic, phobias, sleep problems, obsessions and compulsions (OCD), anger problems or stress.

A wide range of holistic treatments are provided for patients at this centre located in Edinburgh. Therapeutic treatments at the centre include acupressure, aromatherapy, Chinese Herbal Medicine, deep tissue massage, homeopathy, different types of massages, manual lymphatic drainage, Reiki, herbalism, Shiatsu, hypnotherapy, reflexology, chiropractic treatments, hot stone therapy and kinesiology.
