Focusing on you the young person we navigate a way forward so you can understand your development your strengths and your limitations. Working with young adults  offers the opportunity to consider choices, deal with overhwhelm and move forward into the life you want. Parental consultation helps to make sense of your parenting style and the support you may need to understand and parent your adolescent with skill and energy If you feel like you need support at this time please contact Gina for an appointment or discussion regarding the service offered. All enquires will be answered within 24 hours. All enquiries are dealt with confidentially. Psychotherapy may be short or long term depending on your needs. A full initial assessment allows you to ask as many questions as needed and decide if therapy is for you at this time. Each situation is different and the approach offered is tailored to your needs.
