My practice offers a safe and confidential space in which to explore your issues with an experienced therapist. Counselling and Psychotherapy can help make sense of feelings, thoughts and behaviors which can cause inner conflict and confusion. This in turn can lead to a lesser quality of life. Making sense of these issue can help develop a greater sense of self awareness. I help bring about change by taking unconscious drives into a conscious space in which we can work together to implement meaningful change in your life. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working from a Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytical framework. I also incorporate elements of Gestalt and Existential Psychotherapy in my work with clients.  I am a Pre-Accredited Member of the IACP ( Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy ) and I am an Associate Member of the IPAA ( Irish Psycho-Analytical Association ). I am fully insured to work within the guidelines and best practice of my associations and current government legislation. I hold a Certificate in Counselling Skills from NUI Maynooth and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Middlesex University.  I have several years of experience working with an array of clients. My background is in Nursing and Healthcare. My professional fees are €60 per hour. I

The CMHC is a specialist child psychiatry clinic which accepts nationwide referrals. We assess and treat children in a timely manner. Some of the the commonest difficulties which arise in primary school-aged children and may benefit from assessment include: Attentional Difficulties, Anxiety, Behavioural Difficulties, Eating Disorders, Social Communication Challenges (Autistic Spectrum Disorders) and Depression/Mood Dysregulation.
