Deimante Jaugaite is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. She works with individuals and couples in English, German, Lithuanian, and Russian, using Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. With a background in Banking and qualifications in Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness, she focuses on holistic treatment and client-centered development. Deimante is open-minded and encourages clients to discuss topics such as intimacy, sexuality, trauma, addiction, and their relationship with themselves and the world. She advocates for mental and physical health, allowing her clients' physical, psychological, spiritual, and sexual selves to be heard and worked with in the therapeutic space. Areas of focus include past and present trauma, relationship issues, sexuality, anxiety, depression, workplace issues, life purpose, isolation, multicultural concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and ADHD. My name is Laura Branigan-Bayoumi and I hold an honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and am a fully accredited member of the I.A.C.P.  I work from a humanistic and integrative approach, which means that I draw on various humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focused theories in order to  explore the difficulties you are facing, increase your self-awareness and  provide you with support.   As a humanistic Psychotherapist I respect  each individual's ability to make their own decisions. My work with you will not be about giving advice or deciding what is best for you. Instead, through discussion and exploration, I will work with you to help you clarify your own beliefs, values and priorities, so you can reach your own decisions on what is best for you.   We will work together in order to truly understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, to deepen your level of self awareness, and to identify and work on breaking unhelpful patterns in your life. We will work towards empowering you, so that you are better able to manage and overcome whatever is holding you back from reaching  your goals and aspirations.

I'm currently offering both face to face* and also online counselling. If you're feeling stuck in your life, or anxious, stressed, or depressed, counselling can help. I believe that you have the resources within yourself to find answers and resolve your difficulties, but may need a bit of help on this journey.  I work in an integrative way, meaning that I will use elements from different areas of psychotherapy in order to help you develop a stronger and healthier sense of yourself. It is helpful to gain some insight into the cause of the problem, and then work together with you on finding ways forward.  I hold a BA (hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from ICHAS (the Irish College of Humanities & Applied Sciences) and am an accredited member of the APCP and also a registered member of the BACP. I have experience and knowledge in trauma and have trained in EMDR and am currently training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a body-focused treatment for trauma.  Most recently I have trained in couples co)unselling and am now seeing couples.
