I've really benefited from our sessions and taken away so many tools that I can apply

5 50 Psychotherapist Consultation • Paid: €60

Counselling.

Brenda is super smart, kind and empathetic. She knows just when to stretch me, when to sit back and wait for me to come to my own conclusion.

I've really benefited from our sessions and taken away so many tools that I can apply in every aspect of my life. In particular, how to manage my anxiety and low self-esteem. Have recommended Brenda to a number of friends.

5 50 Psychotherapist Consultation

Brenda is a wonderful person and puts you at ease from the minute you meet her. It is a safe space where you can tell her anything. She's non-judgmental, honest and fair. So glad a friend recommended her to me last June.

I felt very comfortable from the get-go and would absolutely recommend her to anyone

5 50 CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

I went to Brenda after hitting some difficult times in my life and did one to one sessions and some cognitive behavioural therapy. I found it exceptionally useful, being taught the skills I needed for whenever hard times hit again and I still practise them daily.

Brenda was exceptional, extremely approachable and wasted no time in getting right into it. I felt very comfortable from the get-go and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
