Going to see Greta helped me get through a difficult period. From the very first session, she listened and asked questions. She helped me identify patterns in my thoughts and behaviour and understand the way my thoughts work. She gave me very practical strategies to help me become more aware and present. I took the decision to seek treatment and subsequently started seeing Eoin in Spring/Summer 2017, following many years of issues, including abuse of alcohol. Decades of bottling things up had taken their toll, emotionally and physically. The treatment sessions with Eoin have opened my eyes and heart to my innermost feelings to what's important in life all the time. He enabled me to explore my past experiences, tapping into them and acknowledging how they've shaped me. Also, allowing me to greet the future in a more understanding and compassionate way.
