The work focuses on the many issues facing and challenging adolescents and families today. Adolescent development is a  wonderful yet challenging time of life that can be marked by heightened anxiety, fear and stress. Focusing on you the young person we navigate a way forward so you can understand your development your strengths and your limitations. Working with young adults  offers the opportunity to consider choices, deal with overhwhelm and move forward into the life you want. Parental consultation helps to make sense of your parenting style and the support you may need to understand and parent your adolescent with skill and energy If you feel like you need support at this time please contact Gina for an appointment or discussion regarding the service offered. All enquires will be answered within 24 hours. All enquiries are dealt with confidentially. Psychotherapy may be short or long term depending on your needs. A full initial assessment allows you to ask as many questions as needed and decide if therapy is for you at this time. Each situation is different and the approach offered is tailored to your needs. Counselling  enables you to process those emotions and feelings that are holding you back from living the life you deserve. It is my job as the therapist to hold you in the heart centred space  while you explore these emotions and feelings as you speak about your concerns. By gaining insight into  your emotions, behaviour and feelings you will feel more empowered  to make choices that are positive for your wellbeing. I find that clients often come to their  first few sessions feeling  anxious  and nervous about  what is going to happen  or indeed what to say. I assure each and every client that this is common and I therefore endeavour to put you at ease as much as possible. Every client's story is unique and everyone  is given the utmost freedom to express without judgment what is no longer working in their world My approach as a therapist is integrative and therefore unique to each clients needs.
