I've been attending counselling sessions with Eoin for many months now, mainly as a result of academic stress and anxiety. I've had good success with managing the stress of completing a masters and beyond into the everyday anxiety I experience. Not to embellish, but it is hard to imagine the last year going as well as it has without Eoin's help. Many people I know have found it hard to click with therapists immediately but thankfully Eoin is professional and warm. I have the utmost confidence in his training and experience within therapy. I highly recommend this practice. Mostly all said above, but on a practical level, the practice itself is comfortable and well located.

Each session made me feel more confident in myself. Sinead helped me to believe in myself. Before going to Sinead I always felt socially awkward, very anxious and had extremely low self-esteem, she helped me to overcome my anxiety and fear of not being in control. Before my first session I didn't know about hypnotherapy or how it worked but thanks to Sinead she made me feel comfortable right from the start and I feel it has improved my well being, confidence and basic aspect of life in general. She helped me out during my mental breakdown extravaganza last quarter of 2018. I didn't even want to go in the first few sessions as I considered this to be a hit on my ego; I am, after all, a degree holder in Clinical Psychology. I came to her with a cocktail of insomnia, depression, substance dependence and good old fashioned anxiety. She has an air about her that exudes care and understanding. I never felt judged nor afraid to disagree, nor shameful in saying "I don't understand." Quite smart too as during my session, we were able to discuss Philosophy and Theories in Psychology (this is how I related to her) and now I feel loads better. I am now better in handling the emotions without feeling the need to self-destruct.

I went to see Bernie for about a year, and it most definitely changed how i see myself and my outlook on life for the better. I was made to feel so welcome, safe and understood from day one. I have been to therapy before, but for the first time ever I had been given the tools to cope with feelings of anxiety and depression, to really get to the bottom of why i may feel certain ways about myself and my life and deal with them. I would highly recommend Bernie, she is absolutely fantastic and has helped me more than i can say.
