I had been suffering from anxiety and anger issues due to years of swallowing emotions. Martina provided a safe and trusting space that helped me work through this. I felt at ease with her from day one and she was very patient with helping me open up and deal with my issues. Dr Oppenheim is a miracle worker. She has totally transformed my daughter. CAMHS had let my daughter down 4 times saying her anxiety was not a mental health problem despite her severely self-harming and not sleeping for more than 3 hrs a day since she was born!!!! She listened, empathised and treated my daughter within 2 visits. My daughter is transformed. I cannot thank her enough.

My GP suggested that I should get CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) for my OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). I have to admit that I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. I found OPAL on the What Clinic site through an Internet search. I was put in contact with Ray James and he explained the concept of CBT so well that I felt re-assured. I had eight sessions in total and Ray helped me so much during these. I learnt effective coping strategies and he helped me to confront my OCD. I can now manage this and live life more fully. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray as a first class therapist.

The great approach by this doctor, very informative helpful and very knowledgable took time to explain everything in detail pros and cons I have seen four surgeons about my facelift most impressive appointment. Not your usual pre - Madonna type had time to listen not just talk.
