I can’t fault any of the services. From initially enquiring and booking my surgery you have all been so helpful and kind. I have felt reassured and protected at all times. Afag Ana had been wonderful and so helpful making sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. She is amazing. Thank you to Dr Necdet who was just lovely and his team of nurses who were all so gentle with me. I travelled alone for my sleeve surgery and I felt in totally safe hands always. 12.5/10 - Fantastic Experience, Great Coordinator, Nurses and Hospitality staff! Asuman is the greatest coordinator! I went to turkey to have gastric sleeve surgery (weight loss option). My coordinator was the nicest, respectable, reliable, politest, generous, helpful, kind, pro-active, efficient person I've ever met! (besides the women in my family) overall great/perfect coordinator. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from start to end in which I am extremely grateful for. I stayed in the Radisson Blue hotel which was amazing, clean, lovely views, good lighting with 5 stars customer service. I stayed in turkey for 8 nights and checked into Medical Park Hospital on the 2nd day in which all my medicals such as blood tests, scans etc was taken. The next day was surgery day, I was greeted in the morning by the surgeon who was very polite, kind and professional, he talked me through everything. After the surgery going very well, I was left in care with the nurses who were very very attentive, kind, warming and hard working. Even though I was in a lot of pain and frustrated after the surgery, the nurses understood and were very helpful and were very kind and very respectful. My hospital room was spacious clean, stylish and comfortable. After spending a couple of days recovering in the hospital I returned back to the hotel where I was greeted by Rana and other nurses who were all extremely lovely, helpful and all had great/positive energy. Overall I would rate this Gastric Sleeve experience 12.5/10. Thank you.

They are Gamechanger. After the surgery started a new life. They are so nice and patient. Specially Ami, Minty and Bahar are always reachable for any questions. Do it and change your life to a better one.
