Cannot recommend NOVEMED enough. From the very beginning of booking the surgery (Gastric sleeve) to the aftercare, the whole team have been amazing. So attentive and reassuring. Especially Sena who looked after me when I arrived and took me for my pre op checks. She made me feel at ease and is amazing at her job! Such a lovely team. My surgeon was great and checked on me daily at hospital and nurses were all very attentive and efficient.

From the moment I made contact with Apera to my last day at the hospital, the service I received was exceptional. The lady I liaised with(Petek) was absolutely amazing! She made herself availiable whenever I needed her. She answered every question I asked satisfactory and when she didn't know the answer she will ask the Doctor and get back to me. The hospital was fantastic! Clean, bright and felt more like a health spa than a hospital. I have been in couple of London private hospitals and they are nothing compared to the treatment I received from Apera. The nurses are gentle and compassionate. One of the nurses who unfortunately I cannot recall her name rubbed my arm to comfort me while administrating a pain killer that was so painful. You can see and feel the compassion. I had my gastric bypass surgery a month ago and I've already lost 2 stones! As someone who has been trying to lose weight for years it's already been an amazing journey. I am very happy. Started to see the results. Very happy with my decision so far even though there are 7 stones to go. The Clinic Center team was very helpful from the beginning encouraging me to exercise and diet as well. I had a breast augmentation in Istanbul yesterday. The staff and Dr Yusuf were so friendly and they really dealt with my banter. I had VSG with Clinichub on the 12/10/2020 and I couldn’t be happier with my results and the service I received from Clinichub.
