I had my treatment done with Dr Raquel today and from the consultation, to the treatment results and the aftercare provided - Amazing and I could not fault a thing! Raquel listened to my concerns during the consultation and advised me on the treatments that would be most beneficial for me. I was very apprehensive to have my chin treated with filler however the treatment itself was painless and I was completely comfortable and put at ease throughout my whole visit. I was looking for some wrinkle treatment and chose to have it at hidden lines after hearing about them through word of mouth. I found the process very easy and was reassured by Suzanne Crawford after a consultation that I would achieve good results. The process was pain-free, numbing cream was applied first and I look forward to the results in the coming weeks. The room is very welcoming and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I have put photos before and will apply my after pics in a few weeks.

Laura explained the process very clearly, and as such it was not painful at all! I'm currently in the process of creating new skin, and everything is progressing as described. Very pleased and relieved to be rid of my seborrheic keratitis.

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
