Attended the clinic today for a consultation with Julie as we come to the end of the year, to review my skin, my expectations, my areas of concern and to have a plan moving forward. As far as I’m concerned my facial maintenance is an ongoing journey that is obviously subject to ageing and varying areas of concern. Julie spent a great deal of time explaining options, new products coming to the market and her “take” on products. We formulated a realistic plan for continued maintenance and I left the consultation feeling reassured, informed and very satisfied.

I had a dead-cell facial peel plus a milia and other small sebaceous growths removed by the very efficient and friendly Julie. I was impressed that she only charged for the appointment time, not for how many treatments were applied. My healing has been quicker than I initially thought and I feel confident that the treatment will be successful (still a little early to tell).

The nursing team took great care of me from pre-operation to post-operation. I felt a little pain on the day of the surgery, but it was tolerable. I recovered very quickly, the swelling comes down quickly. I’m so happy with my results. By the way, please remember to wear a compression garment for a few months after surgery, because it is good for your postoperative recovery and shaping.
