Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. I have had successful results during my previous treatments as Dawn C is very knowledgeable and provided lots of information. I returned on November 23 for my lips..at the end of the appointment I checked my lips and mentioned that the left side was lower and was told it was due to swelling and it will even out. It has not evened out and I made a follow up appointment for December 8. Hope that they can fix this as I am uncomfortable how it looks. Will keep you updated after my follow up. After a very pleasant conversation with a representative she has guaranteed they will fix my lips. I have changed my rating to superb based on the positive experiences and conversation I had today.. looking forward to getting this fixed.

Dr Shobhna Singh was my trusted Doctor for 30years until l shifted out of the area completely. Before l left l had a full skin diagnosis and full face laser treatment & follow up creams etc that need to be used strictly afterwards. 2x lip fillers twice. And Fillers in the areas needed. I looked 10 years younger. Dr Shobhna Singh is an extremely respected Physician. And knows her craft. Highly recommended. Wish l could keep getting treatments. A work of inegualavel precision. Impeccable hygiene. A wonderful team. The result is also there. You can go with your eyes closed. They'll never find another clinic that is accurate.. The price is more than fair. I asked for cash discount. To tell you the truth, I was ashamed of myself, because for a service like that of the doctor and his assistants, we must pay!!!
