I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They explained to me all the processes that they will take cartilage etc. I was a bit nervous when I started my research about the surgery but after I met my coordinator Zuhal, everything became so easy. I had septo-rhinoplasty with Dr. Ferhat Ilen 3 months ago and I am very happy with my result. I decided to get surgery because of my serious breathing problem and also I did not like my natural nose shape so I was happy to change it. I researched for a long time and chose Dr. Ilen because he is an ENT with experience in complicated cases, he took my other medical conditions seriously, and he answered all my questions in detail through 2 video consultations even before I made my final decision, his results on Instagram really suited my taste, he is very kind and speaks English well. He explained everything in detail and gave me all the time I needed for all my questions when we had a consultation in his office before the surgery day and did some extra tests to make sure everything would be ok because of my other medical issues. I also appreciate the reasonable price he offered me. Now, 3 months after surgery, I can breathe SOOOO well and I am super happy with the shape of my new nose. I love it! I wish I did it much sooner!

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!
