I recently had a rhinoplasty performed by Op. Dr. Guray Yesiladali, and my experience was excellent! From the very first contact to the end of the trip. His team is highly organized, polite, friendly and drove me through the whole process (I came all the way from France and they took care of everything). Handled in a very high standard manner, administratively speaking, as well as logistically and humanly. I was glad to be taken care of in such a good manner. Of course the Dr. made a great job! The interview was clear and realistic, we were on the same page for the intervention. Very polite, kind and professional. Dr. Guray performed an excellent job and I am really happy with the results (even if it’s not the final results yet I can already see that it’s amazing). He’s very talented and sculpted me a tailor-made nose that suits perfectly my face in a natural way. On top of being a great surgeon, he’s also an artist that brings beauty and harmony on his patients faces. I would highly recommend him for any surgery, he’s far from average, he’s excellent at his job!

I cannot recommend Dr. Kacmaz and his team enough! I travelled from Canada, and to be honest, at first was a little hesitant to travel so far and getting a surgery in a different country. I contacted many different surgeons and agencies, but as soon as I started speaking with Ebru (patient coordinator) I felt at ease with my decision. She was very professional and prompt with her responses. She didn’t try to push me or “sell” me on anything. I get very put off when they try to sell or are very pushy and constantly following up. She gave me the information I needed and let me decide from there. She was also so friendly and just gave me a good feeling overall. Then after my initial consultation over the phone with Dr. Kacmaz I felt very confident in my decision. He right away made me feel at ease, he was so knowledgeable and honest with what I wanted and could achieve. I felt so comfortable with him and knew he was the right surgeon for me! Upon arrival, everything was a breeze. From transportation, to the hotel stay, to communication with the patient coordinator and driver. Everything was extremely organised and just felt so safe and in good hands. I CANNOT say enough of the patient coordinator Ebru. She was absolutely amazing in every way. She was so personable and we got along like we were old friends. I was alone in the hospital for the surgery and she took all the stress off, and made me feel so safe and comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. The operation itself went extremely well and I am SO happy with my results. It’s been 1 month, and they are exactly what I wanted. Upon travelling back, you still have communication with them and they’re always there to answer any questions you may have. I could not be happier with my decision to travel to Turkey for my surgery, and I am so grateful to Dr. Kacmaz and his amazing team. I have been telling anyone interested in breast augmentation surgery to go to him you will not be disappointed!!

I had rhinoplasty with Dr Görkem Atsal nearly two years ago now and I can honestly say it was the Best decision I ever made. I researched for a very long time for a surgeon that had great results and I finally found Dr Görkem Atsal. I’m so pleased with my results and now no longer hate having photos taken I will happily show off my new nose and I couldn’t be happier. I wanted a natural look so I explained in my consultation what I had hoped for and that’s exactly what I got. I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A very satisfied patient, I have returned twice to do major procedures. The service at the hospital, between arriving with an accompanied vehicle The 2 support workers, Hamza and Najib made the whole experience so easy, they kept us informed, and well cared for! I went to West to get breast implants and 2 teeth implant also, my husband is getting All in 6 implants. The experience was great, hospital and post-op care was class !! Banu (personal assistant) is always making sure everything is going as planned and took very good care of us, she goes far beyond to ensure our well being! She keeps assisting us now that we’re back home and I hope she continues with us when we return for the second part of the treatment! Thank you Ayşe for all your support and Banu !

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. In a few months I will be able to share the final result with a big smile on my face. Thanks, Doctor Cinik and all staff. Definitely a great experience.

Dr Safa Manav, I would highly recommend him. Amazing service was thorough and clear throughout the pre-operation process. The work carried out by Dr Safa Manav on my nose is better than I could have expected this would include my breast uplift, and my mother's face Lift. I have been looking for a good surgeon and I was happy to have chosen Dr Safa and his Assistant Canan who is extremely friendly and professional and looks after patients before and after surgery. Overall, I had a good experience with Surgero Clinic İstanbul. I received clear instructions and next steps leading up to my surgery date and what my responsibilities were after surgery. I received a lot of communication either through email, by phone, and even by text. The staff in the clinic were courteous. Erdem was nice and up front with me about expectations. I was not misled by any means and was provided with all the information needed to make an informed decision! I'm almost 4 weeks post op and happy with my after. Dr. E. did his part and I know that it is my responsibility to maintain and do my part to continue to see great results!

The hole team from the Memorial hospital is very skilled and kind, the nurses and the assistant Ismail are quite professional. However, the hospital is absolutely comfortable, modern and cossy, the same as the service. I was feeling safe and attendended!

I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..)
