Overall, it went well. My teeth are still healing, but I would imagine that it might take some time before I'm back to 100%. The procedure was quick and painless. The representative was very attentive and took care of scheduling and transportation in a very professional way. Overall, your staff were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Here are a few suggestions you should consider to improve if you want to be a 5 star provider: 1. Please ask for any preexisting conditions that may make the operation risky before getting the patients to come for the operation. Asking these questions when the patient has traveled thousands of miles is very late. 2. Give the patients typed instructions about post op medication and care. Giving oral instructions is not good. 3. Please give detailed invoices with what procedure was done and on which teeth because some patients need to claim them for insurance. Simply writing "implant" is not enough. 4. For dental implants, follow up with dental post op emails, not hair transplant emails. 5. Please select nicer hotels. The hotel I was put in was at best a 2 star hotel, not a 5 star. The rooms reeked of cigarette smell. I would have gladly paid extra to be in a better hotel if that option was available. I hope you'll take my feedback as constructive suggestions and not criticism.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

This clinic is amazing. Very modern clinic and excellent customer service. Well recommended to anyone who needs any work done. I had front 4 teeth denture made within my weeks holiday. Price was excellent and the dentures were really good

I have been attending Dr/Mr. Popovic for the last 6+ years having been highly recommended by my husband’s colleague in London. Since my first visit over 6 years ago I have had root canal treatment, extractions, crowns, implants and apical treatment carried out at this pristine, state of the art surgery; and honestly with little pain or discomfort. The team were always HONEST, very helpful, friendly and professional, and they organised transport to and from the airport and accommodation if I needed it. As for Mr. Popovic; his care, attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. He always gave ample time to discuss the options, costs and options for treatment and there was never a hint of upselling at any time. Apart from the cost being a fraction of UK prices, I would trust him and the team 100%. Also I love Belgrade! Thank you, thank you

We were on holiday in Croatia when a crown came undone. I looked online to find the dentist with the best reviews close to us and I walked into this clinic. To my surprise, I could be seen straight away. The crown was put back in. Very happy with the quick treatment.

I had a constant bleeding problem in my mouth for several years. I have tried several dentists in Denmark where I live, they were just guessing, trying and experiencing in me. Astra Dent already knew what the problem was, just by explaining what I am experiencing. I was amazed that the Antoshchenko Natalia, the dentist that I had the honour of visiting, she fixed the problem I had in 2 hours. She was so confident and I felt I was in safe hands. I am seriously thankful and I feel lucky that a problem that has been annoying me for several years is gone now.

I had an accident which required treatment of my front-tooth which cut in half. The dentist was calm and manage to fix my tooth and the result was good. The cost was less than expected also.

The first day of my 3-week European vacation I chipped my tooth which was just fixed the day before. I was hesitant to outsource to a dentist other than my usual, especially in a foreign country, but CPRO got my tooth bonded and fixed in less than an hour for a very cheap price, especially compared to normal US healthcare costs.
