Dr Moosa & Dr Ismail & team made me feel so much at ease. Dr Ismail is amazing at what he does the way he explains everything and talks one through the process. Before I knew it my tooth was out and I didn't feel a thing, I couldn't believe it. It really was a pleasant & painless experience. Thank you Dr Moosa & Dr Ismail & team for what you have done for me. I'll never forget it...you guys are truly amazing.

I went to A Plus Dental Clinic Apgujeong to get my teeth whitened. It was such a pleasant experience. Joyce, the English coordinator was very kind and sweet and she made sure I understood everything before going in. She even spoke to my taxi driver for me when I was having a hard time finding the hospital. The treatment went smoothly and every step was explained to me before it was administered, which I appreciated since we don't get a lot of that here as foreigners. They were all very gentle with the procedure, making sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. What I appreciated most was the checkup after leaving the hospital. That evening I got a text message from Joyce asking if I was experiencing any discomfort and she went on to suggest precautions and things to do in case I was in pain. That made me feel very well taken care of. I'm definitely moving dental clinics to this one. Thank you so much for making me feel so at home!

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! They even were able to accommodate me when I had some travel issues. The cost of having my work done was a fraction of the cause that it would have caused me back home.
