The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My therapist was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure thoroughly. The treatment, though uncomfortable, was eased by the therapists calm and professional approach.

I was inspired to try the facial treatments at LAC by a friend. I must say the experience was amazing and I am over the moon at the results. My beauty therapist Harshika explained everything in detail that she was going to do during my treatment; it was relaxing and enjoyable. Very impressed from the moment I walked in. I wanted a decent sized skin-tag/wart removed from my back. Dr Ash talked me through everything, gave me the option of postponing if I needed time to think it over, so no pressure to make a quick decision. I was happy to continue. After reading through the necessary info and signing the consent form all went ahead. I was given a local anaesthetic, and removal was completely painless.I was given instructions on aftercare, and told to contact Dr Ash if I had any concerns or problems. My procedure was over a week ago and I'm very happy with the result. Would highly recommend, and will return in the future.

I have had a few appointments now with the clinic to have my nails done. The staff are really lovely and so friendly. Always feel very welcome and enjoy my experience. Fab job too. I would def recommend a visit.

I was suffering from a fungal nail infection that had spread to all my fingernails (toes were not affected thankfully). I had been to my GP but had received very mediocre advice & as expected my nails continued to be as bad as ever. I contacted Laserina & was given a very in-depth explanation & treatment program to follow. Excellent treatment at Grey Door with Kayti. My husband had an annoying wart removed on his shoulder which hardly left a mark. So I put my trust in Kayti to remove a raised mole on my cheek which had started to pop out hairs. I’m so so happy. I took all the advice for the after care and the result is flawless. Had my second tattoo by Graham this week and as expected I am absolutely thrilled by it. Graham doesn’t just tattoo an image on your skin he creates a unique piece of art, in my case a watercolour image. I was kept in the loop from start to finish, he listened to what I wanted and brought it to life. Inskin and Graham are highly professional and reassuring and the clinic is immaculate and comfortable. I felt totally at ease and couldn’t recommend Graham enough if considering a tattoo!

The team at the clinic are fantastic. I've just returned for some patch top ups after a year and a half of being free of the unwanted facial and leg hair. Cannot recommend this clinic enough 😀

Was suffering breathlessness. Local surgery not getting anywhere. Advised to try Kalmed Clinic. Was examined, and given tests, treatment and medication which led to me being diagnosed with Angina and being referred to a Cardiologist. Job Done!! The entire Staff at the Clinic exuded professionalism, clarity, and most of all caring.....Highly recommend this Clinic. Pricing was reasonable.
