All enquires will be answered within 24 hours. All enquiries are dealt with confidentially. Psychotherapy may be short or long term depending on your needs. A full initial assessment allows you to ask as many questions as needed and decide if therapy is for you at this time. Each situation is different and the approach offered is tailored to your needs.
