I had an appointment with Iwona the hygienist this morning. I must admit I was not looking forward to it! however I came away feeling fantastic! My teeth have never been cleaned so well! She was so professional and you could tell she knew what she was doing! She was very gentle but firm! My teeth have never looked so clean! I cannot recommend her enough! I do not usually write reviews but she is so good she is worth my time to write this! Also I must mention Catalina who was there assisting her, lovely girl, pleasant and also very professional! They made a great team. All in all a very pleasant experience.
Excellent dental care from the whole team, but most notably Victoria and most recently Dan, who throughout my double implant journey did his utmost to address all my fears, and I had quite a few! He has done an amazing job. Terrific dental surgeon. We moved to this practice after a poor customer care experience elsewhere, and both my wife and myself have no hesitation in recommending Heather Williams’ Practice. All the staff here are brilliant - maintain the highest professional standards, and continually make us feel individually valued as patients. Superb practice. The people who work here are very friendly as soon as you walk In they make you feel relaxed. Very professional and answer your questions. Even when I got my teeth sorted and just walked out forgetting to make an appointment for after care, they phoned me nothing is to much trouble. Thank you all.
