I have wanted a hair transplant for a good number of years and after researching clinics in the UK and enquiring about the cost I never thought I’d be in a position to make this dream into a reality. That was until I found Now Cosmetic Surgery and spoke to Scott. I was amazed at the price although I was a little apprehensive when I was told it would be in Turkey as you hear all kinds of stories. What if was too good to be true? I couldn’t be further from the truth! Scott and I had many lengthy discussions on the phone about my concerns and about the procedure, nothing was too much trouble for him. Such a nice, genuinely friendly guy. The clinic was immaculate, the surgeons/nurses were so warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. This might sound strange but I can honestly say I had an enjoyable experience from start to finish, I had no pain which I was surprised about. The villa was so nice, very modern and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A luxury car to and from the airport, clinic and villa. The aftercare is top class, which is very important. The only regret I have is I didn’t do this sooner! So if you’re contemplating a hair transplant I encourage you to contact Scott and I can assure you, you will not be disappointed. It’s the best decision I have ever made. It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.

I’ve been to a number of other well-known hair loss clinics in London over the years, (including Belgravia) and they’ve not been able to give me an actual diagnosis or get to the root of my hair loss challenges. The Spencer clinic did. Spencer and Samantha are brilliant! I’ve got an Afro-Caribbean hair type and their advice and treatments have allowed my hair to be restored to its former glory. Quite honestly it’s better than before! Samantha’s such an expert in Afro hair. The salon is spacious and bright. You’re taken care of promptly and with such consideration. Lettie is so helpful too. I’ll definitely keep coming back. I’ve even joked that they’ve got me for life!

I'm 4 months on from having my surgery & I'm over the moon with my results so far. If I'm honest I was hoping for a 'fringe' a bit sooner but I know I need to be realistic & patient. From the moment I walked through the door for my consultation to returning for laser therapy weeks/months later, I've always been made to feel welcome by everyone that works there. Always offered refreshments which are nice after a long drive there. It's nice to see & speak to Sean, someone that has gone through the procedure himself & his knowledge of the industry. I suffered for 6 years with an itchy scalp with nothing externally visible...I had been to the doctors, dermatologists countless times over this 6 year period.
