I had an excellent service while I was at Istanbul. The plastic surgeon who looked after me made me feel safe, like I never left home in the first place. Hosts always had a smile on their faces and the itinerary was executed excellently. I am going back in January for my teeth.

I had heard about Transes Hair clinic from a couple friends that had gone the previous year and had great results. I did some of my own research and found their prices to be the best as well. I couldn’t believe how easy the whole process was. From the time of booking my flights the people at Transes took care of almost everything else! I arrived at the airport in Istanbul and found a driver waiting for me. I was driven to a nice hotel which they had arranged and the driver even went in to check me in. I was told what time to be at the front door to be picked up and it was right on time. There was someone waiting for me at the front door of the clinic when we arrived. The staff inside were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had, and we got to the procedure. I went for the 2-day procedure and was at the clinic for about 14 hrs total. The procedure went very smoothly and at 6 months I can’t even imagine my hair getting any thicker. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Transes!!!

Hi I would really like to thank this clinics for my hair transplant from the get-go . This whole experience was daunting at first but with the way they informed me at each stage was excellent. I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. I will highly recommend this clinic from every angle. Even when I'm back in London their after care is brilliant. Still stay in touch where I did think once I come back that's it but no, still in contact. I would highly recommend this clinic, for a few reasons. For me, it was essential that I didn't need a full head shave for the transplant and both the donor and transplant areas are possible to cover with other hair without a sign that I am after a hair transplant. Surgery was performed by professionals who have decades of experience in hair transplants. Flexibility on date, central location, and parking nearby was a bonus. Most importantly manager Asil's advice and guidance, before and after surgery, communication skills answering all questions exceeded any expectations. So my review is 10 out of ten.

Surgery Group was the right choice because they repeatedly went the extra mile to help, listen to my concerns and guide me through the whole process such that my whole time through the experience was stress-free. Extremely helpful in sorting out all the logistics of getting to and from the clinic, arranging a very professional, yet also very friendly clinic group to carry out the procedure itself and also, the aftercare was excellent and I never had to wait long at all for a reply and reassurances to any worries I might have had. Can't recommend them enough.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

They came to my hotel 72km away to pick me up. The opreation went very smooth and they explained every process in English with a very nice American translator who was present the whole time. I was droped off after the operation. Well Done. They have done a very good job. 3500 graft in 1 day. Before I went to another clinic and they asked me to come twice for the same operation which this clinic did in one day.

I can’t fault my experience here. From start to finish they made sure I got anything I needed and always made sure I was okay. The staff and Dr Okan we’re extremely professional and reassuring, can’t recommend them enough. 6 months later I’m seeing amazing results and I’m still in contact with Dr Okan if I have any questions or updating him on the progress. 11/10
