I went to Aidan Woods because I had long term back pain and was no longer able to run. After a period of a few months, I am now running 5k and doing lots of varied exercises. The difference has been incredible. Aidan is very talented IMO.

I was looking for a clinic not to far away from home. I was suffering from a muscle discomfort in my back, one of the bigger muscles just under shoulder. As it turned out it had completely turned itself around where you could say it was looking over at the other one on the left side. It was so painful for years and getting worse. that's when I got in touch with Bob, a lovely chap down to earth one of our own felt very comfortable in his presence. I was almost finished treatment when I was sent for a foot operation I had been waiting a couple of years for, so I can't get to Bob a the moment (no transport) and foot not healing like they would like it to, but I will be back. Price is very reasonable for the amount of work I needed. Thank you.

A fantastic clinic with a range of practitioners that are of the highest level. As a musician. Over overuse injuries can occur from time to time and over the years Bodymed has always found the answer to my recovery. I was in a lot of pain with neck and shoulder muscle spasms. A combination of physio, dry needle and exercise I was given to do at home, sorted out my problem. I will definitely be recommending Total Physio and the young lady Melanie, to my friends.
