Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

Excellent service from initial consultation in London to booking surgery in Belgium to post-surgery follow up. Brilliant surgeon, surgery, hospital (gastric sleeve) with zero issues afterwards. Now 6 months later and I can positively say it has definitely been one do the best things I’ve ever done for my future health.

You will never be offered unnecessary surgery, always given an open and honest opinion of your expectations. The clinic is spotless, and convenient and all the staff are highly trained, professional and speak good English. Aftercare is available to you and advice is only a phone call away. The accommodation offered by the clinic for an extremely reasonable cost is a fantastic option if travelling with a companion or even braving it alone. All you require is available, from towels to hairdryer. Supermarkets and shopping mall is only a five minute walk. Wroclaw old town is beautiful, if you would rather stay there. The Art hotel is lovely and in the heart of the square. Plenty of history, shopping and dining to be experienced. Not to forget the fantastic Chris and Anna (Husband and Wife) responsible for transport as well as being able to sort and advise on pretty much anything. Stop thinking about it and go for it! You're worth it.

June 2023. I am so happy I decided to have a full tummy tuck and my eyelids done. Three months on I am starting to see real results. Many people have commented on how healthy I look, fresh-faced, younger, which is a real compliment at the age of 62. Jackie will answer all of your questions and is a huge support throughout the process. She will hold your hand if needs be. The doctor is very professional and will tell you exactly what needs doing or not. He knows what he is doing and it shows. This clinic came highly recommended by a friend and I have since recommended it to others. I cannot praise their professionalism and care (before and especially afterwards) highly enough. If you are looking for an excellent cosmetic surgeon you have just found them.

Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.

In April I went to Belgium to have my eyelid surgery done. A friend and I were doing some research on clinics and Belgium’s response rate, photos on the website, cost and general services, made it our best option. It was really good value for money. I’m so pleased with the results and would do it all over again if given the chance. The follow-up was done at their London-based surgery and I had the stitches removed there too. Downtime was only three days.
