I contacted Fatih Ozturk on a recommendation from a friend. Fatih organised everything from start to finish. All I needed to do was book my flights. The hospital and the team could not do enough for me very helpful. I went for gastric sleeve surgery, naturally I was a little weary. As soon as I met Fatih and got checked into the hospital I was at ease. The only word to describe it would be seamless. Thank you Fatih.

This was a very pleasant journey. From the inquiry through the lovely Nesrin, to the airport pick-up with Rüştü, to the welcoming day and night nurses at the hospital, Sibel & Areldi, Cantine staff down to the brilliant professor Nurullah Bülbüller and doctor Mani! I felt very well looked after and also the after care is brilliant! I am now 15 days post OP and I cannot thank the whole team enough! Definitely recommend. Ps: everyone were also brilliant with my lil toddler!

I had my gastric sleeve operation in December 2022. The whole process went incredibly well. Sevim was so supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care. Since the operation, I’ve lost 45kg and I’m now at a healthy weight. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital saved my life. The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the process and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk and this hospital for anyone considering this surgery. An excellent experience.

A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

My surgeon Onur -evren- Yilmaz is an absolutely amazing surgeon and I feel very lucky to have been one of his patients. A perfectionist at work.

It is grace amazing when I met with hospital directors Mr Mel and doctor Osman Uyar with great hospitality and caring is super. I can't compare with any hospital. The doctors are always checking on us time to time to make sure everything is in good shape including nurses, both are well trained.

Had the gastric sleeve surgery with Gastro Life Assistance and I couldn't be happier with my treatment, the hospital was spotlessly clean and the nurses and surgeons were fabulous. The staff at Gastro Life Assistance were with me every step of the way and for any worries or concerns I had, they put me at ease and nothing was ever too much trouble. From the moment I was picked up from the airport until I was dropped off again and since I came home they've been continually in contact with me and they're always at the end of the phone if I have any questions. I genuinely couldn't recommend them enough. First-class service from a top-class company.

I delivered my baby three months ago and after delivery, I had so many complications. I was very worried about my weight so my husband and I decided to go to Istanbul for gastric bypass, after surgery I got amazing results. within three months I have lost 32 kgs and weight loss process have not to stop there it continues. Ich hab die Gastric Sleeve (Magenverkleinerung) gemacht. Ich war vor der OP sehr aufgeregt, aber das Team hat wirklich alles getan, um mich zu beruhigen. Das Team hat mich nicht eine Sekunde allein gelassen und sich um alles gekümmert, sogar um das Hotel und den Transport. Die OP verlief gut, und der Arzt und die Krankenschwestern haben fantastische Arbeit geleistet. Während des kurzen Krankenhausaufenthalts hatte ich eine Übersetzerin, die dafür sorgte, dass ich alles verstand und alle Infos bekam, die ich brauchte (Danke Nisa !). Nach der OP stand mir eine Gruppe von Ernährungsberaterinnen, Amy, Nora und Bahar, jederzeit zur Verfügung, um mir durch die Diätphasen zu helfen. Sie haben mich unterstützt und ermutigt. Sie waren immer hilfsbereit, wenn ich Fragen hatte. Ich würde Dr. Aydogan und sein Team jedem empfehlen, der sich einer bariatrischen OP unterziehen möchte.
