I had a labiaplasty to Asst Prof Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR , specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics, and really this surgery was a life changing. It's not only about esthetic reasons, a large labia, can go to some medical issues, unfortunately. Probably a lot of women are thinking to do it, reading, watching videos, but they are scared, and this is surgery, that's true. But Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR did an amazing job. Fast recovery, no pain after, really really great. And the lady Nahide Evran, the International Patient Center Manager, was really helpful, assisting me in all this journey, advising me, visiting me before and after the surgery, and following my present situation. As conclusion, I really recommend the Hospital and the service and professionalism of Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR.

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. I went to Allmedica, Nowy Targ, Poland in March 2024 for a total knee replacement. From the moment of enquiry, I was gently guided through the process by the professional team there. It was all so easy...and very affordable. It is now almost 5 weeks later and I'm already walking without aid and am far more comfortable than before. I live in Canada and had been suffering from osteoarthritis in my left shoulder for a number of years. After trying various types of alternate solutions such as physiotherapy, visco-supplementation and cortisone injections, the conclusion was reached with the doctors involved that a full shoulder replacement surgery was the best, if not the only, solution to regain life quality moving forward. I got referred to an orthopedic surgeon, but was not getting any call back, and was unable to find out when I could possibly get that call, let alone go through the surgery. I began to search on the Web for organizations providing private medical services abroad. There are many out there, advertising services in many different countries. In addition, I had consultations with a very experienced Canadian based orthopedic surgeon, who performed thousands of surgeries throughout his career, and took the time to travel to the clinic, meet the surgeons and inspect the facilities thoroughly. He went to the extent of climbing up to the roof to verify the ventilation systems. With the coordinator we scheduled a date for the surgery and determined the best travel plans. When I finally got there, the clinic was exactly as what I saw on their website and what the doctor told me: immaculate and as modern as any other world class facility. From a pricing perspective, the cost was very reasonable, compared to the those advertised by the other sites. The surgery and rehab services were outstanding at every level. The surgeon even took the time to visit me every day during my stay to follow up on my progress. The physiotherapist showed up even on weekends to work with me and the other foreign patients. Surgery such as the one I got is a major undertaking, and an even more daunting one when travelling far from home away from family and friends. I took the risk to go for it, and it was worthwhile! In general, people who know me would confirm that I am a very demanding customer. So it is quite a leap for me to totally recommend without hesitation Wellness Travels to anyone in need of orthopaedic surgery.

I had the gastric sleeve in July 2021. From the first enquiry to the actual surgery I can’t fault anything. Communication was excellent Paule. She helped book accommodations, taxis were sorted with no issues and a fantastic driver. The hospital was amazing the care I received was top quality I never felt worried and there isn't any language barrier. All the tests prior to surgery were very thorough. The surgeon was outstanding too he explained everything from start to finish and his bedside manner was incredible. I truly thank the stars I found Newman clinic as they are top class for everything. I’m over a year post-op nearly 11 stone lost and looking to book plastics and a million percent heading back to Newman clinic for the next stage of my journey.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

Excellent service from initial consultation in London to booking surgery in Belgium to post-surgery follow up. Brilliant surgeon, surgery, hospital (gastric sleeve) with zero issues afterwards. Now 6 months later and I can positively say it has definitely been one do the best things I’ve ever done for my future health.
