The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Had a great experience, from the pre-op consultations, to being picked up at the airport and drop-off on my way back. The service at the hospital was great, the staff were nice and the environment was clean. I was looked after all the days I was there. And everything went smoothly. Omer was really helpful throughout the whole process even when I came back home they checked up on me.

An excellent experience of service from Dr Cem and his team. Everything was explained at initial contact and all questions answered with clarity. From the moment I landed the entire team has been so supportive and really took good care of me. Dr Cem’s invaluable experience made the procedure very smooth. The aftercare and guidance has been amazing too which is helping me get back to normality very smoothly.

Flew out to Istanbul on 28.07.2022 for surgery on 29.07.2022. I cannot fault the service provided from being collected from the airport, to the hotel we stayed in and to the care I received whilst in hospital before and after surgery. The team looking after me were outstanding including Rosa, Taylor, Shayla and my surgeon Dr Muhammed. They kept my companion informed and updated all through surgery and answered any questions and concerns to put our minds at rest. Our stay went with no issues and I was amazed at how well organised the whole process was. The check up I received before surgery was VERY thorough - one that I would never have received back in the UK. I would just like to say a big thank you to all those involved. My new lease of life has begun and I am so pleased I decided to go with Novemed. Thank you.

I booked to have gastric sleeve surgery through Apera with my Mum for 29th November 2022. From the moment we chose Apera, the process couldn’t have been smoother. My Mum messaged the WhatsApp number and was put in contact with Petek. We liked that Apera allowed us to process all the answers to the questions we had and didn't pressure us into making a rushed decision. Once we fully decided to go ahead with surgery, they were very thorough with their background checks regarding our current health and weight. When we arrived in Istanbul, we were greeted at the airport by Petek. She then took us to the minibus transfer which was very comfortable and spacious. We were offered water and started on our journey from the airport to the hotel. During the journey, Petek was happy to answer any questions that we had and got to know us a little better. In what felt like no time at all, we arrived at the hotel. The hotel lobby was very modern and inviting and we got checked in and shown to our room quickly. My Mum and I chose to share a room and it was lovely. Very clean, modern and comfortable. We were picked up in the minibus the next morning and Petek travelled with us again to the clinic. We were greeted at the clinic by more of the Apera team. We were shown to a lounge area where we filled in all our pre-surgery paperwork and paid for our treatment. We also met the nutritionist, who took our height and weight and calculated our stats such as BMI, ideal weight, body fat percentage etc. She gave us a printout of all the information for our own reference. We then got back into the minibus with Petek and taken to the hospital. First impressions of the hospital were that the lobby area felt more like a hotel entrance than a hospital, which actually helped with my nerves as it felt less clinical. The ward we stayed on was very spacious and our rooms were huge. We met the surgeon, Dr Cengiz Ertan, and some more of the Apera team. Everyone was so welcoming and it definitely helped with the nerves of surgery day! We had all of our pre-op tests done (ECG, blood test, scan). Once our blood test results were back and the surgeon had looked at all our tests, we were given the go ahead for surgery. The surgeon came to speak to us to explain the procedure and to answer any questions we had. Before we knew it, we were being told to change into our hospital gowns and stockings as it was time for surgery. The care we received after surgery was excellent. The nurses were always doing rounds and were available at the desk on the ward any time we needed and were happy to help. The surgeon also visited us after surgery and then every day we were in hospital. He offered us advice to help with recovery and checked our stitches. The morning after surgery, we were taken for a leak test and once we had the all clear from that, we were allowed to drink water. The day we left hospital, we met the nutritionist again who talked us through the bag of medication provided by Apera and gave us a presentation on diet for the next year. She was very informative and was happy to answer any questions we had. We were then taken back to the hotel to rest before we travelled home the next day. I would definitely recommend Apera to anyone who is considering gastric sleeve surgery as we felt very welcome and well looked after during our time with Apera. Everything was explained thoroughly and there was always someone available throughout the day to answer any questions we had.

I had gastric bypass 7 months ago This was a little bit hard but now I am really okey I feel better I had ınsulin resistance but now I have not. I am very happy right now.

I've had my treatment with Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ziya Balta and he was amazing. Clinic Center stuff, travel coordinators, field coordinators and drivers. They are all stunning and supportive. I'm very happy that I chose Clinic Center for my treatment. I can't wait to see my results! Thank you guys.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

I flew from the UK 14/02/24 for loop bibartician, Faith the co ordinator was amazing from me querying to booking everything, didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions at all. The transfer was there ready and waiting, took us straight to the hospital. I was booked in and taken up to my room. The hospital, ward was absolutely spotless, me and my auntie was given a 3 course meal straight away at 9pm and I had to fast from midnight. I Cannot fault the care I had from start to finish, the nurses were exceptional and couldn't do enough, Doctor Bora is one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met, I saw him quite a lot throughout my stay during my pre-ops, surgery and post-surgery, the dietician was so lovely and went through my diet plans with me and even organised for me to have protein powder delivered to my room(£35 for 30 servings) The pre op tests were so thorough and the whole experience of going down to theatre on surgery day 16th was completely professional. Faith messaged me good luck for my operation and messaged to see how I was after. I cannot fault anything and my whole experience was way more than expected .. Im now 6 days post op and feeling so good cant wait to have my first weigh in tomorrow. No regrets at all .. Go for it!

I would like to Thank You So Much for everything, to the Global Health and BookingSurgery. My coordinator was amazing and answered all questions and doubts, the support was incredible. Because even though my surgery is done, she made herself available if I need any support. I had such an amazing experience during my stay in the Optimed International Çorlu Hastanesi. I had Dr Ali Tardu as my surgeon and he was amazing, very attentive, and checked on me regularly. I can say that I had fun during my stay. All the staff that worked on the 6th floor, Nurses and Housekeepers that were in contact were amazing, friendly, kind, caring and patient. It felt like home. The only "negative" thing was with the kitchen staff from the hospital, not negative but they were not prepared for people with gluten intolerant and vegan. That was mentioned in advance before I booked the surgery and when I arrived at the hospital. With me it was not a big problem because I was not eating but my friend is gluten intolerant and they kept giving her food with gluten, I mentioned it to the staff and they gave her an alternative but not much. The other negative thing was that they did not understand one of my allergies, I mentioned to my coordinator that I have allergies to latex before I booked the surgery and I also mentioned in the hospital when I arrived, but kept using latex gloves during all stay, the only time that did not used was during the surgery because I see them with the latex free gloves and they kept saying no latex.

I had my gastric sleeve about three month ago. I was an overweight girl; I was very anxious about it. I stopped all my social gatherings and gradually I was going into the depression phase. my best friend Dustin noticed all these changes in me, he asked me about the problems I told him. then he searched about the gastric sleeve from clinic bariatric. he took an appointment for me. we went to Istanbul and did my surgery.
