I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I recently had the pleasure of undergoing a bichectomy procedure at a clinic in Turkey, and I am compelled to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the professionalism and care exhibited by the entire team were outstanding. The clinic itself boasted state-of-the-art facilities, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. The medical staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I was fully informed every step of the way. Great Experience! Initially, I was reluctant to make the decision to proceed with the Gastric Sleeve procedure with any clinic as it’s a big decision. My Partner came across Dr. Cem Arslan Clinic. We found a contact number and to my surprise it was actually Dr. Cem's WhatsApp (Business Account). We arranged a video call that evening and I was grateful to meet Dr. Cem and have an open discussion about the procedure, why I wanted to do it and a few health questions (nothing intrusive). I recall asking Dr. Cem, why he provided his time as other clinics did not do this. He responded by saying this is how we operate and he wanted to provide a personal service, where possible. This was great to hear as a few weeks prior, I was in contact with another Clinic, where all my medical questions were relayed back to the Doctor but I did not feel the same connection. Regarding the communication with Dr. Cem, please note that English is not his primary language but the conversation was manageable. I was then contacted by the Medical Co-ordinator on the 19th August. Zeynep was awesome. She had been through the procedure with the clinic herself and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I had concerns about the procedure and as with any operation (whether in the UK or Abroad) there are risks. There was no pressure to proceed and was advised to research more online. Zeynep also informed me that any hint of risk identified during pre-tests, however small, the procedure would not be possible. Zeynep goes beyond coordinator, very professional, to the point and cares about your well-being. Arrived in Turkey on the 18th September and was met by Sercan at the airport who took me and another patient to our Taxi. Really nice minivan/SUV with comfortable seats and TV to watch music videos. Sercan was professional, polite and even offered to carry the luggage (Not his job but was decent of him to ask). Due to Zeynep being unavailable for the arrival, all the coordination was done by Almira. I was notified in advance, so no issues at all in change of coordinators. Arrived at the hospital and was greeted by Almira. Almira is very professional, courteous and a humble person. Like Zeynep, Almira naturally cares about your wellbeing. I got into the hospital room and then taken for a series of tests. Probably took an hour end to end, not much waiting. Almira was with me throughout the pre-tests. Next day was the surgery and Almira came back in the morning and stayed with me until I went down for Surgery. I had a visit from the Doctor to say I would be the first operation of the day. At no point do I recall Almira or anyone asking me for Payment as soon as I arrived. However, I did make payment before the operation as its a service being offered. The company Op. Dr. CEM Clinic are professional and not after your money. They only want the best for you based on my experience. Surgery took an hour. I will be honest, the moment I woke, I had nurses around me and Almira. I struggled a bit to adjust to coming off the Anaesthetic but Almira was by my side, even when I was throwing up (common side effect with Anaesthetic) and I felt relieved and calm. Throughout the next few days/ nights, Nurses visited me to check on IV drips, and painkillers and encouraged me to walk a lot. Yes, walking is very important. I wish I did more walking. The Doctors visited me each day to check on me, which showed they cared a lot. I was only meant to stay in the Hospital for 3 days. However, the team showed great empathy I was offered to stay in the hospital for 2 more nights, to keep me comfortable. Forgot to mention, a day after Surgery, I went down to get a standing CT scan to check for any leakages with the Sleeve. All was clear, which was a relief. You can see the fluid that was given travelling down your oesophagus to your New Stomach. On the 5th Day, I was discharged and before leaving, I got a visit from Zeynep (who an amazing person to meet), Almira and the Dietician (Gokce). Gokce explained what I could eat/drink in detail, what I should expect from the change in lifestyle and the benefits. I was given medication and vitamins to take back home along with my discharge papers. Gokce is very knowledgeable and still provides me after care with my diet via WhatsApp app. Thank you Gokce for keeping me on track. My overall experience was fantastic. I did my research and kept my NHS GP updated pre and post-operation. When I explained my experience was in Turkey to the NHS GP, my weight loss to date and how good I felt, my GP was very happy for me. Just over 3 weeks from Surgery and I have lost nearly 12kg. What an amazing experience. Since the initial consultation everything is smooth, well explained and no pressure on your decision. The agent I did the initial consultation with, Rosa, is always there for any inquiries I can have and always quick at answering. The nurses at the hospital were so nice, accommodating, I can't praise them enough. Had my surgery with Dr Zubeyr, who was a gentleman checking on my twice a day, which is lovely to see, that he checks on the aftercare of his patients. The dietitian group is great, in my case I mostly speak with Sumeyra, it's great, any questions regarding food, quantities, etc. they will answer them and they will also provide you with recipes. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I really can’t recommend Apera enough. From the coordinators to the surgeon, the staff have been caring, and kind and nothing was too much trouble. If I had to pick something to criticise them for was that the nursing staff at the hospital rarely wear gloves but, I guess this could be no more than a difference in infection control policies. I would definitely book with them again having gone through the procedure.

They looked after me well and I'm healing very well without any problem. My stay was so comfortable and staff was so lovely and helpful and they speak English very well. My weight was a struggle for me for all my life. I needed to step forward and do something about it so I started searching weight-loss surgeries and came across the right clinic which is Clinic Center. I'm so glad I made the correct decision to use Clinic Center.

The clinic is good, the nurse is great, and the hotel is nice. I had my tummy tuck and liposuction done on my stomach, back, and I had my bbl and I stayed here for 10 days. The pickup from the airport was great and the check-in at the hotel was easy. Everyone was very friendly. The doctor was very nice and kind and very professional and I felt well-informed. The nurses were very helpful in providing care and very kind. They did massage and daily check ups. The hospital was well equipped and the food was delicious. The nurse I was given by the MAYCLINIK in hotel was great and always available to help me. She visited me every day in the hotel and helped me feel less alone. The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful. I can not thank enough! Thank you Mayclinik.

My experience with Clinichub has been great from start to finish! 😊 I struggled with my weight for all my life and finally decided that do something about it and started researching weight-loss surgeries and came across the gastric sleeve. So I started my enquiry with Clinichub, chatting with my lovely Coordinator and had a consultation, my surgeon, before booking my surgery! My coordinator made sure that I knew everything about the process, what to expect, how to prepare myself, etc. Then I booked my flights, packed and was mentally ready to do this for myself so I could lose this excess weight that was holding me back from enjoying many things in life. I arrived at the airport late at night, the driver was already waiting for me and escorted me to this 5-star hotel, my room was very neat and clean. There was an amazing breakfast buffet which I was not able to ENJOY ☹ as I was already on my fluid diet. Anyways, I was informed by my coordinators about the plan for the day. I got up and get ready for the tests and was taken to the hospital by the driver. I finally I met Asuman in the hospital who had been helping all through my booking process and she guided me in there as well and made sure everything went well super smoothly. The dietitian was also amazing, she explained a lot of things to me made sure everything was clear about my diet and brought me my supplements to use later. I also got to meet other patients who were having surgery on the same day as me which helped lessen my anxiety, you know seeing other people go through the same experiences and supporting each other. I met my surgeon prior to my surgery, and he was very kind and gave me confidence that everything would go well. He also made sure I felt comfortable and cared for afterwards. The nurses were lovely and very attentive. Even though I was in pain in my first day, pain relief was provided, they helped me walk and felt so much BETTER after taking my first shower, relieved and renewed. By the time I got discharged, I was feeling so good like I haven’t even had surgery and I kept thinking “WHY HAVE I DELAYED THIS FOR SO LONG?” So overall, I was impressed with the quality of the service and even though I was nervous to travel by myself, I felt comfortable and welcomed during my whole stay. So MASSIVE THANK YOU to Clinichub for the journey and my doctor, all the coordinators, nurses, drivers, hotel staff! I’ll be definitely back for my tummy and referring my family and friends 😊

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

I flew from the UK 14/02/24 for loop bibartician, Faith the co ordinator was amazing from me querying to booking everything, didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions at all. The transfer was there ready and waiting, took us straight to the hospital. I was booked in and taken up to my room. The hospital, ward was absolutely spotless, me and my auntie was given a 3 course meal straight away at 9pm and I had to fast from midnight. I Cannot fault the care I had from start to finish, the nurses were exceptional and couldn't do enough, Doctor Bora is one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met, I saw him quite a lot throughout my stay during my pre-ops, surgery and post-surgery, the dietician was so lovely and went through my diet plans with me and even organised for me to have protein powder delivered to my room(£35 for 30 servings) The pre op tests were so thorough and the whole experience of going down to theatre on surgery day 16th was completely professional. Faith messaged me good luck for my operation and messaged to see how I was after. I cannot fault anything and my whole experience was way more than expected .. Im now 6 days post op and feeling so good cant wait to have my first weigh in tomorrow. No regrets at all .. Go for it!

I would like to Thank You So Much for everything, to the Global Health and BookingSurgery. My coordinator was amazing and answered all questions and doubts, the support was incredible. Because even though my surgery is done, she made herself available if I need any support. I had such an amazing experience during my stay in the Optimed International Çorlu Hastanesi. I had Dr Ali Tardu as my surgeon and he was amazing, very attentive, and checked on me regularly. I can say that I had fun during my stay. All the staff that worked on the 6th floor, Nurses and Housekeepers that were in contact were amazing, friendly, kind, caring and patient. It felt like home. The only "negative" thing was with the kitchen staff from the hospital, not negative but they were not prepared for people with gluten intolerant and vegan. That was mentioned in advance before I booked the surgery and when I arrived at the hospital. With me it was not a big problem because I was not eating but my friend is gluten intolerant and they kept giving her food with gluten, I mentioned it to the staff and they gave her an alternative but not much. The other negative thing was that they did not understand one of my allergies, I mentioned to my coordinator that I have allergies to latex before I booked the surgery and I also mentioned in the hospital when I arrived, but kept using latex gloves during all stay, the only time that did not used was during the surgery because I see them with the latex free gloves and they kept saying no latex.

I was searching for weight loss surgeries for years. I found Turkey and turkey was a good option. Before the surgery, I was afraid. But I reached to their patient consultant and she gave me a lot of pieces of information. After this conversation, I trusted them and I went to Turkey. That was an amazing journey for me. After 1 month, I lost more than 12 kilos. I am so happy.

Excellent treatment from day 1 and the staff were so helpful and nice. Cannot find fault with anything. There was even a nurse in the hotel to keep an eye on us. Aftercare was good, the dietician was always available to give advice and ideas on food preparation. But most of all I feel Dr Ceyhun Aydogan led by example and set high standards.
