Patients should sleep with their head elevated for three days to keep down any swelling. Patients should avoid touching or scratching the area until the wound is completely healed.

She completed research investigating the link between psoriasis and bullous pemphigoid. She was appointed as a consultant at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust in 2008.  As a consultant she has developed a research infrastructure within dermatology at Brighton and also developed a research network across Surrey and Sussex.  She is the dermatology lead for the Clinical Research Network for Kent Surrey and Sussex.   Her main areas of clinical interest are skin lesions including skin cancer, skin surgery and autoimmune skin conditions.  She attended the internationally renowned, Hugh Greenways Superficial Anatomy and Cutaneous Surgery course at the SCRIPPS research Institute, University of California San Diego to develop her surgical skills further and now regularly performs skin cancer surgery including flap and graft repairs

I did work at the hospital when I was younger building the bungalows and maintenance. I never thought I would end up using the hospital, but I must say the staff and Doctors are amazing. I only wish I was in a position to get private insurance as that is the only hospital I would use if I had the choice.

Beautiful village, beautiful results, beautiful staff and incredible service. I am so excited to share my experience with anyone who chooses this clinic. I’m an older lady who wanted to improve several parts of my self, I felt embarrassed to head into a city centre location so when I read all of Ciao Bellas reviews I thought I'd head down and check out the conspicuous little clinic. It’s perfect, the nurses are professional, friendly and I had no reason to be embarrassed about my treatments! Paul is President of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine and Fellow of the Royal College of GP. He has 14 years experience as an aesthetic doctor and 28 years as a GP. He  also consults in NHS dermatology clinics in Leeds. He often attends international conferences and updating his skills. His main practice is in East Yorkshire but he finds time in his busy schedule to treat patients in Leeds. Aesthetic medicine is still poorly regulated and it is hard to find the right practitioner, Paul is experienced, professional, concerned about achieving the optimum result for the patient. To achieve this he constantly revises his techniques and ensures the product selection is correct. The clinic tries to keep prices competitive but the do reflect that we carry insurance and use reliably sourced product. Being a professional organisation we try very hard to solve any post treatment issues and will not leave patients struggling. We are reliable and we try always to ensure that appointment times are kept.  Paul's approach is friendly, honest and relaxed but professional.
