I have attended this clinic over the last few years and have always been made to feel so special by Viki, the clinical receptionist. She is always so pleasant and professional and always has a ‘listening ear’ which is much appreciated. The treatments which I have received from Sumi include the hydro facial treatment. This has been amazing and following my treatments I have received numerous compliments from friends and family as to how good my skin looks. Sumi is an asset to the practice and always makes me feel so special. Miranda the aesthetic nurse, is in my opinion the best clinician in her field and is so knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend this practice and I would not go anywhere else for my treatments.

I had spider veins from using steroids on my skin. A lot around my nose and on my cheeks. I hated them for years. Great. No salespeople to try to talk me into something. The doctor was really nice, smart and very honest because they told me all the risks. I went to two other clinics and they said I would be absolutely perfect, but I found it hard to believe them. Dr. Thao said I may have some blister or mild skin redness from treatment and that spider veins may not go away entirely depending on size and depth. They had a good laser from Israel- told me it was US FDA (I checked to confirm) before I went back.) Results are great- no more spider veins. I had redness for half a day, but no blister. I think I look handsome now.

I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Ash for giving me back my self-confidence! I had several unsightly lesions on my scalp which had caused me much embarrassment and distress over many years as they were visible through my thinning hair. Although I was told by GPs these lesions were benign (seborrhoeac keratosis) and therefore did not warrant removal, also that I was likely to lose my hair in the process, I was so relieved at my first consultation with Dr Ash when she said she could remove them altogether and I would not lose my hair! She explained the procedure to me and I was completely convinced and excited that at last someone was able to help me feel better about my appearance again! I have now completed the course of treatment, which was painless and I am delighted with the results! Dr Ash was so kind and caring throughout my experience, I felt completely relaxed the whole time. I am now looking forward to receiving further treatment with Dr Ash for my thinning hair. I heard about this clinic by word of mouth and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Ash to anyone, given her professionalism and her value-for-money treatments! I always have the best experience when attending Dr Bong’s clinic. I was apprehensive about attending my first appointment, although I had researched and understood his qualifications I was nervous. He took time to understand what I thought I needed to improve and sublimely changed my mindset, he does know best, and I actually didn’t need everything I thought I did. Dr Bong set my assurance by expanding on his background and years of experience both in the treatments he provides along with an insight into the training he delivers around the world. It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.

Jenny came highly recommended and I nervously booked in for a consultation. Jenny is friendly approachaeable knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your concerns and requirements. I had concerns about lip lines but wanted a very natural result to reduce them without looking different.
