From the moment I first made contact with Miss İman Ali through WhatsApp recommended by a friend, the whole process was straight forward and easy. I arrived at Istanbul airport and had received clear instructions of where to go to be collected by the driver and taken to the hotel. I was greeted the next morning by my translator at the hotel reception who took me to the clinic, he explained everything clearly and talked me through the process. The doctors and staff at the clinic were also really great and made sure that I was always comfortable through the entire time I was having the procedure done. The after care has also been excellent. Miss İman Ali has been in regular contact checking out that I am doing ok and everything is going good. Overall I’ve had a great experience at Golden Med Hair from start to finish and think it has been excellent value for money. Doctor Ceran performed rhinoplasty for me. Very informative doctor. He is very obsessed with his patients :) He takes care of all the problems of his patients. And most importantly, I am very happy with my nose. Before the surgery, I talked to him about the things I wanted. He gave me a list of what could and could not be. It was so convincing. And in the end everything turned out very well :) I also would like to thank Haute Clinique for all the arrangements.
It wasn't my first surgery in Turkey, I'd had bariatric surgery previously and had lost a lot of weight, I mean a lot of weight. Cue the excess skin and tbh I just felt I looked older, it's great to be skinnier but the wrinkles. A few people had recommended Dr. Burak and I had contacted other clinics and hospitals but they drove me mad, I had to turn off my phone because of all the follow-up calls. They let me take the lead, they let me go at my own pace, lots of information and advice, a free consultation with the surgeon so I could ask questions in detail. He's lovely, very warm and dedicated. I've had my mummy makeover which Dr. Burak I can only say thank you, you will never know how wonderful it is to get my body back. I'm coming back for my face. His team, the clinic, and the booking staff were all lovely and genuine. I've referred my sister and friends to them so I've no issue encouraging anyone else to go. Wish I'd done all this in my 30's not my 40's but hey ho, no regrets.
