Due to the lack of appropriate services and support in my native country, I sought a viable alternative. Bookimed recommended Aqua Health, in particular Professor Baris Nuhoglu, to perform gender reassignment surgery. After an initial consultation online with the professor, I forwarded relevant information specific to my particular needs and wants. I then arranged an appropriate date and time to visit Istanbul for the procedure. I was picked up from the airport and placed in a lovely hotel for one night then I spent three nights in the hospital, where the staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive. In particular, Fatima, a daytime healthcare assistant, was extremely attentive and always had a smile on her face. This helped to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed. She was a real angel. Professor Baris, an incredibly personable yet unassuming gentleman, was always on hand to answer any questions and incredibly professional in attitude and approach. In addition, Dr. Hakan Hoser and his wife, Beritan Hoser, were extremely helpful, not least in terms of translation and reducing anxiety and concern. They even provided transport to and from the hospital and airport. Throughout the whole process, there has been fluid and efficient communication by Bookimed, Aqua Health and Mr. and Mrs. Hoser. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied and happy, not only with the procedure, but also with the very professional, supportive and respectful approach provided.

I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. Had some excess scrotal skin removed and Dr Tuncay was always there alongside the main contact from the get-go which is much more reassuring than only speaking to your surgeon on the day of surgery (which he obviously also did and he was very thorough and took his time). I liked that although he saw the potential for other things that could be done, most were against his recommendation even though he could've tried to have pocketed some extra cash from it, good honesty. He also took care of the extra hotel night stay because I couldn't get a flight that left on the same day as the surgery. His diagnosis of the problem area was brilliant which meant I figured out a lifetime's worth of problems I'd had in that area. The translator lady from the hospital was also very helpful. I shouldn't need his services again hopefully but I'd recommend them to any others that did. I also had a GLO P.shot included.

Since a year and a half I'd suffered from pain at the left testicle, and the sperm cord The first diagnosis was I have varicocele D2, and I've taken the medicine for 3 months and everything was good, after that the pain has been increased significantly especially at the work, gym, or carry overweight things was difficult. Any of my day's activities were dropped because of than the bad thing was every sperm's test show lower values each month finally I've made ultrasonic and I found I have varicocele D3 5 on the left side, and 27 in the right side. I was able to move, walk, do basic activities in the same day, the most interesting part for me was the daily vancocele's pain that I was suffering has been disappeared after the surgery immediately! Day after day I feel better, In addition, Dr Muhsen has awesome followup and quick reply for his patients. Furthermore to periodical examinations make the process passing easier. I highly recommend Dr Muhsen for such cases.

I got in touch with Alisher over whatsapp and he provided me with enough information for me to confidently commit to the procedure. I arrived in Istanbul and was provided with transport to and from the hotel and hospital. The procedure was performed as well as I could have hoped. Alisher and Dr. Uysal answered all my questions and were very transparent about the whole process. Everyone who I interacted with was professional and polite.
