Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Vanity Clinic is so well organised, my transfers we always waiting for me, and my patient coordinator Umut organised everything seamlessly, all I had to do was be in the right place at the right time. The hospital is spotless, the staff are efficient and my operation was so straightforward. I had a breast uplift with Dr Erman who was absolutely lovely, and very knowledgeable and even though I am only 5 days post op I am very happy with my results and in very little pain. Would not hesitate to recommend Vanity to anyone in particular Emily, Umut and Dr Erman

My overall experience has been great and the communication has been excellent! If I am honest I had better care during my breast surgery than I did in England having my children. I even got to meet Dr Gorkem, he came to welcome me personally which I found very touching. Dilara (Dr Gorkem Astal's assistant) gives a world-class service throughout. She even gave me emotional support as I travelled alone! Even the night staff couldn’t do enough for you, their English was limited however there is someone always on stand by if needed. I was actually sad to leave! Since I’ve been home we have been in regular contact which is very important to me as I suffer from anxiety and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better service throughout. I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I'm so happy to have found Doctor Emre after carrying out several searches and meeting several surgeons, the best I found was him, I was always worried about my second rhinoplasty. With his team, I feel ready, and I would like to thank them, and especially Hamza who supported and encouraged me a lot of thanks to his kindness, patience with all my questions. My medical journey with milano was completely incredible! and I don't regret it indeed a sec. I completely adore my new nose, it is everything I've ever needed. I was have treatment for skin tightening, they do amazing results. It's different 4 cm of my hand sculpted tightening and the staff is very professional. I was so comfortable having treatment with and the doctor responds very quickly. I'm very happy.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too.
