Had some excess scrotal skin removed and Dr Tuncay was always there alongside the main contact from the get-go which is much more reassuring than only speaking to your surgeon on the day of surgery (which he obviously also did and he was very thorough and took his time). I liked that although he saw the potential for other things that could be done, most were against his recommendation even though he could've tried to have pocketed some extra cash from it, good honesty. He also took care of the extra hotel night stay because I couldn't get a flight that left on the same day as the surgery.
