I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

I used this clinic 10 months ago for a breast uplift but didn’t think about writing a review mainly because very few people know about my surgery. I was very pleased with my first surgery and after losing around 35lbs decided to have a tummy tuck. The consultation is professional and informative and also free of charge so well worth finding out about your options. Dr David is just lovely and puts you at total ease. He has quite a strong accent which is sometimes hard to understand but Jo is always there to fill in any blanks or add more info. Jo has been through the operation herself so talking to her is brilliant as she knows first hand. So I had my TT two weeks ago and it was a very positive experience. The team at the clinic are brilliant so friendly and efficient and before I knew it I was in my room and comfortable. If I said I encountered very little pain you probably won’t believe me but it’s actually true. No pain or discomfort at all from the incision wound. My muscles were pulled and stitched together so I feel some tightness from that but that’s it really. I just wish I’d done it years ago. I’m now very mobile and starting to slowly regain my fitness from two weeks of recovery although I know I have several more weeks to wait before I’m totally recovered. My scar has also surprised me as it’s very thin and not quite as red and angry as I thought it might be. I’m looking forward to that fading as time goes on.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Rao & I am extremely happy with the results I got. I went in for a skin tightening procedure after massive weight loss & got results much better than I expected. From the first consultation to post-op care, he answered all my questions and doubts & coached me through the whole process with ease. As I already wrote I have only nice words for Dr Ashraf and his personnel. Dr Ashraf is really professional, excellent at his work and beside that very kind, polite, and patient. What is important to me, he never persuades you to do something, quite the opposite if he thinks you do not need something he will tell you. Follow up of your procedure is a must which is not usual at many doctors. People who are working with him are like him. As I wrote before, I made research when I was still in my country and Dr Ashraf was always on the first place. I had a blepharoplasty, fat filling in my neck , decollette and under eye circles. Fillers are something normal for nowadays. Why? I am 64!

Totally recommend Freya Clinic. Dr Jeng-Yee Lin is very attentive and all the nurses can speak English fluently. The procedure was nicely done as well.
