Dr Onuma is a talented and caring professional with a demonstrably sincere and genuine interest in providing the absolute best outcomes for his patients. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. I am so grateful I found Dr Onuma. To date, the treatments and services I have received from him and his Nurse have been welcoming, supportive and successful and I look forward to returning for further treatment and surgery when I am able.

Had a video consultation with liaison lady Aida and the surgeon that would be doing my surgery. Everything was explained very clearly and informed me everything I needed to know. I feel extremely comfortable and confident to have the surgery later in the year.

I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

My son, Khushal Razdan, was born with, angular dermoid left lateral eyebrow. To explain in layman’s language, it was a tumour on his left eyebrow. As parents we were very worried, as to which doctor to contact, who would be able to guide us on the correct path. By God’s grace we were guided to Dr. Rohit Krishna. He not only assessed our son’s physical condition perfectly but also supported us emotionally as parents. He conducted the surgery to perfection, with no scar on his eyebrow & minimal time in the hospital.
