Harcourt Health Dental was established in 2004 to cater for the dental needs of the working population in the local area. We offer free check ups to patients qualified through the PRSI scheme, which includes any necessary x-rays, oral cancer screening, and assessment of gum health. The clinic is open for early morning, lunchtime and evening appointments , with emergency appointments available daily. Our treatments include all aspects of general dentistry, including white (composite) fillings in back teeth, root canal fillings, crowns , veneers bridges and implants. Dr Mary Reddy( BDentSc BA) is the principle dentist, having qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 1994, she moved to the UK and worked in general practice in London And Devon. Her career continued in Sydney with a position in corporate dentistry  for 3 years, before moving home to Dublin to set up HarcourtHealth Dental in 2004. We have two hygienists who help with the prevention and treatment of gum disease, and maintenance of oral health. Mr.M. Sharif Nayyar, is a specialist oral surgeon, highly experience in wisdom teeth removal. He attends clinics in Dublin, New Ross, Laois and Kilkenny for consultations. He accepts individual referrals, but prefers referral from a GP or another dentist. He conducts Dental/Oral surgery under Local anaesthesia with and without Intravenous Sedation in his Dental Surgery/Private Rooms but also under general anaesthesia (asleep) in Clane General Hospital, Prosperous Road, Clane, Co. Kildare and Aut Even Private Hospital, Freshford Road, Kilkenny.

Endodontics or root canal treatments are the specialty of this clinic located in Dublin. Microscopes, ultrasonic and digital imaging is used to perform accurate endodontic treatments. Root canal treatments are performed to save the teeth of patients and to avoid extractions. Crowns or other restorations are placed after root canal treatments are complete. Endodontic re-treatments for teeth that have not healed after the first root canal treatment are also performed. In advanced cases root canal surgery is performed by making a surgical incision. Referrals are welcome from other dentists are welcome at the clinic.
