I have just completed the first phase of my implant treatment with My Nova in Kusadasi. The clinic, and staff were very impressive, from the dental surgeon to their assistants, to the reception staff, and my liaison (Vedhan), I cannot emphasise how caring, and efficient they were. A big thank you to you all at My Nova, I will see you in October when my treatment will be completed.

I was in contact with a lady called Selena from the beginning. Selena spoke very good English and her communication skills was top-class. Any questions I had she had a quick response and replied straight away, it made me feel at ease because it was a big step for me to go to another Country to have work done. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold from the reception to the people you walk by, I was also greeted by my name. The dentist assistant and the dentist were brilliant they made me feel very comfortable. I found the dentist online and all communication was done via whatsapp. Very good communication and a very friendly coordinator. From start to finish they guided me through the process of getting me a Hollywood smile that I always wanted. From the start, communication, the cost, transfers, hotel was all planned by the coordinator was made simple and all went smoothly and always greeted with professional advice and happy smiles.
