I continued my treatment today with Dr. Diego Rosales. He is perfectly organised and efficient. You never ever wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room. Everything is perfectly organised. Dr. Melisa Meneses and Dr. Adriana Rios Aguirre were excellent, very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I had a complete set of crowns put on with Dr. Meneses and she helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth, explained what needed to be done and provided valuable advice and recommendations. I was very pleased with the outcome. Dr Adriana Rios Aguirre did my teeth cleanings and was very thorough, informative, very patient and highly skilled. Highly recommend them both! The rest of the staff was friendly, personable and made me feel cared for and comfortable throughout my time with them. Thanks to Dr. Meneses and the entire team.

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

I am Vivian Noronha from Blooming Grove, New York USA. I contacted Dr. Pooja Shah for dental implants. She explained why my situation was more suited to Crowns rather than implants. Dr. Shah is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during all of the procedures. She explained in advance what she was about to do any and explained if there was going to be any pain or other discomfort. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Shah and would highly recommend her to anyone who needed dental work especially if they were looking for dental tourism since in addition to her professional competency her services were very reasonably priced. I had a bridge fitted on the top front of my gums and nine implants to the top of my mouth so I had a lot of work done over a period of 6months. I was made to feel very comfortable and they were very professional. I also had an interpreter which made me feel at ease about the whole procedure. I would recommend them to anyone wishing any type of dental work. I would give them a 5 out of 5 star rating.

Very good clinic. Got me in the same day I called. Very fast, did a great job on my dentures. Worked all day to make my dentures in a couple of days as I had lost mine in the ocean.

It has been 8 years since I moved to Belgium and he is the first doctor I have fully trusted. Because he is very good at his job, very friendly and speaks English at the same time. The clinic is also very hygienic which was another criteria for me. To conclude, it was a pleasure meeting him and from now on, I will be his patient.
