Frances Brandon is a fully qualified orthodontist.  She worked as a general dentist with special interest in childrens dentistry until 1995, when she began 3 years of specialised training in how to diagnose, prevent and treat dental and facial irregularities.  She received her Membership of Orthodntics from the Royal college of Surgeoans in Edinburgh in 1998.  Frances has been in private orthodontic practice in Bray for 16 years now.

Dr. Wiley earned the rank of Major before returning to the University of Pittsburgh to complete a three year residency for Orthodontic Specialty Training and earn a Master of Dental Science Degree. Dr. Wiley loves the dental profession and believes in giving back. She is involved in several professional and civic organizations. She is the Past President of the Board of Directors of the Wayne County Health Department and Past President of the Wayne County Dental Society. She is Past President of the North Carolina Dental Society Fifth District.  She serves as a Board member for the North Carolina Association of Orthodontists and is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Community Federal Credit Union.  Dr. Wiley serves as a Mentor for dental students at UNC and ECU Dental Schools.
