They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

Had a dental cleaning, root canal, filling and crown done here. Very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable staff and dentists working here. Very clean office. Definitely recommend and will be returning for other work I need to be done.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

I have a big treatment at The East Rose Dental in April 2023. ALL on 4 Zygoma implant on upper arch and 12 zirconia crowns on the lower. This was our second visit from Melbourne to Dr Vu Tuyen. This time my partner needed two bridges and teeth whitening and I needed three extractions, a bridge and teeth whitening. Vu practices from her home and is very welcoming and professional. For our first appointment, she met us at our apartment and for all other appointments she arranged taxis to collect and drop us off. One day she cooked us breakfast and another day took us out for lunch. It was lovely to meet her family and dog. Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!

I really liked the work that the doctor did on me, it was excellent, the clinic is very beautiful and clean, located in a very comfortable area of Santo Domingo. In addition, I took the opportunity to visit the Colonial Zone and it is really beautiful and the food was very good. My experience in Santo was generally very good.

Overall experience 10+ I have seen Manny several times and I highly recommend him and the clinic. Manny himself is professional, very skilled, pleasant and takes time to explain procedures and options. I had several assessments/discussions prior to a part being made for me, he did not charge for those appointments. The partial fits perfectly and is very comfortable.

My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.

Astra Dent already knew what the problem was, just by explaining what I am experiencing. I was amazed that the Antoshchenko Natalia, the dentist that I had the honour of visiting, she fixed the problem I had in 2 hours. She was so confident and I felt I was in safe hands. I am seriously thankful and I feel lucky that a problem that has been annoying me for several years is gone now.
