The first day of my 3-week European vacation I chipped my tooth which was just fixed the day before. I was hesitant to outsource to a dentist other than my usual, especially in a foreign country, but CPRO got my tooth bonded and fixed in less than an hour for a very cheap price, especially compared to normal US healthcare costs. These guys are life savers, if you’re having a dental issue abroad in Lisbon, these are the guys to see. Professional, helpful, and straight to the point.

Professional, quality, superb value and personal treatment. I feel lucky and privileged to have found Dr Mok Phyrum’s Dental Clinic. Thanks to the recommendation of a Dutch friend as well as a dentist-professor from New Zealand who I have known for many years. I have used Pka Chouk for a variety of services. I commend them highly for their professionalism, warmth, high-quality facilities, and technical excellence. In particular, I was greatly impressed by Dr Mok Phyrum. He took the trouble to convince me to go in for an implant when two other dentists had suggested a complicated and ultimately more expensive bridge surgery, which would have cost me many natural teeth. When offered the argument that it implant was likely to fail, he offered to make up should the implant fail such was his skill, manner and confidence. I might have gone in for the worse option and it helped that I trusted Dr Phyrum. He was warm, compassionate with an amazingly friendly and courteous staff who are generous with their smiles. The implant took around 90 minutes. Though I had feared to undergo it, it turned out to be perfectly pleasant and almost painless. Leaving me free to think my own thoughts most of the time, confident that my dentist was highly recommended and knew what he was doing. Four months later, I think I have made the right decision - the implant is still in place. Thanks very much to Dr Phyrum and Dr Mok Lida. They have treated me with gentleness, confidence and skill for other dental matters such as fillings and root canal treatment. Yes, a terrific value. One more important observation: The clinic is located around the area of Olympic Stadium and City Mall, but in an area that is not fashionable and pricey, which means they can offer the same or better quality of treatment than the five-star dentists, but for one-third lower prices. I would rather take a tuk-tuk or PassAp taxi and the trouble to find them. Thus save hundreds of dollars than trust my fate to bigger, but less personally attentive. Five-star dentists. After all, I can get five-star treatment by having dinner at a real five-star hotel for a fraction of the money that I saved by going to Pka Chouk Dental Clinic.

I was recommended in my home country to undertake an all-in-six treatment. I happened to discuss the recommendation with a friend (Thomas S) who undertook this same treatment with Smart Dental in Andalusia a few months back. I would say that I am a conservative person and that I wouldn't instinctively do dental work abroad. I must admit I was very curious by my friend's feedback. I looked a few other clinics in Benalmadena. I'm not sure why I did this. I think I was naturally attracted by fancy deals and low prices. I had calls with a few clinics and was pressured to make quick decisions, that the deals wouldn't last, that I would lose all my teeth etc.. I just started losing confidence and trust, especially as I wasn't keen on doing dental abroad. My wife inquired on my behalf to gather initial information on the procedure steps and scheduled a call with the clinic director and surgeon. I must say that I had an excellent first impression. Mrs. diana, Mrs. Carmen and Dr. Felix clearly explained all the steps in details and what to expect. I was particularly impressed by how supportive, comforting and understanding the team was.so we decided to head to Spain... I still took the opportunity in Benalmadena to shop around for other dental clinics (again..not sure why). To be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the other local clinics, but it was still good to inquire and kept an open mind. I went ahead with my appointment to Smart Dental. The clinic is modern and clean. The team was organised, welcoming and very attentive in all my appointments. What was particularly interesting is that Smart Dental was the ONLY clinic offering warranty on the surgery, whereas other clinics that I checked only provided warranty on the implants. The clinic team was very clear and transparent at the cost structure, the procedure and material used which made me feel at ease. Understanding how "too good to be true offers" was an eye opener to me and my wife. Dr Felix was extremely professional. The process was completed without any delays or complications. I cannot tell you how happy I am. The only downside I guess what I had difficulty parking and made nervous about being late for my appointments, but on the other hand parking is always challenging. My experience with Dr. Paulino was extraordinary. I was looking for a doctor for a Bichectomy and when I found Dr. Paulino I didn't think twice, I knew instantly that he was in good hands. His entire staff is kind and attentive. Everything from the beginning was so easy with them. Dr. Paulino definitely loves his work, you can feel the passion with which he does this. He takes care of his patients and cares so much that his work is perfectly fine. Meeting Dr. Paulino and his entire team was the best. I felt confident all the time, he always gave me security and confidence, he is a friendly, respectful, humble and very conscientious person. My results were amazing. undoubtedly Dr. Paulino from now on will be my favorite doctor. I definitely recommend him.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

I consulted with several denture clinics re repairs to my partial plate. Doom and gloom from all and dollar signs in their eyes. Visited Steve and within a couple of hours, problem solved and they were far more comfortable than ever, my hip pocket didn't suffer and the plate didn't drop out when l opened my mouth. I'll require a full upper one day and I'll be banging on Steve's door. His mum (the receptionist) is also very nice.
