The area where the clinic is located its really nice and safe. The Doctors and everybody were so nice, polite and helpful. After receiving a quote in Australia for over $40,000AUD for dental work (implants) I researched Dentists in Hanoi and found Greenfield Dental. Communication with an overseas Dentist can be a challenge but found the staff at Greenfield very easy to deal with. Once I arrived in Hanoi and visited Greenfield the practice was clean and professional. I was allocated an interpreter for my visit as I cannot speak Vietnamese. The treatment I received was first class and I have recommended Greenfield to many people, some of which have had treatment there since my recommendation. I highly recommend this dentist for any treatment. I have saved almost $30,000AUD.

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.

Having a dental treatment done at the moment with Dr Anne I was very nervous and anxious but the minute I walked into the clinic I felt at ease. Dr Anne is such a lovely gentle person and will do everything in her power to help you. Her staff is fantastic from her dental nurse to her secretary, everyone made you feel so welcome and looked after me to the best. I'm looking forward to seeing her again in a few weeks to finish my treatment which I didn't think I'd ever say as I hate the dentist but believe me, you don't feel as if you are in a dental clinic you so well looked after its fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone wanting dental treatment to go to this clinic .also they arranged to pick me up from the airport, brought me back to the airport, booked me into a lovely hotel looked after me 100% thank you Anne and staff x
