What care is required after fitting an Orthodontic Retainer?

Patients should wear retainers continuously, between meals, and at night. They should remove their retainer while taking part in contact sports. They should clean retainers using special products prescribed by the dentist. Some retainers can be cleaned using toothpaste while others require an alcohol free mouth rinse or denture cleaner.  Patients should not expose retainers to any form of heat.

Excellent! I was going to have only one implant instead I had 3 😁 I was a bit nervous about the pain but I shouldn’t have worried because I didn’t feel anything just a little bit of pressure. The injection was so fast acting. Dario is so good. Aftercare is so good too. They gave me painkillers, antibiotics and mouthwash, also I was to use a cold press. Everything went smoothly. Now I am just waiting to heal and looking forward to having my crowns done in 3 months' time. The payment system is very good too. Paying half now, and half on completion.Smiling all the way.

I broke one of my incisors ahead of important business meetings. Whilst not a real emergency – it felt very uncomfortable to meet and expose myself in a professional setting. Scared of the dentist? Well go here, I have had lots of work completed, pain-free, whilst watching brilliant films on special glasses, this eliminates sound which is perfect.
