First I want to let everybody know that this is one of the most beautiful offices I have been to - very well designed! I have a long-standing fear of anything related to dental work. My procedure was surprisingly pain-free! I never thought that my implant treatment would be so easy. Great price and now I have completely overcome my fear of dental work. Dr. Vasilis Kourouklidis is a genius! It's no surprise he is held in such high regard. If you want to go to the best of the best for far less than you might expect to pay then this is your place! I don't normally post reviews but this experience made my week! Highest recommendation.

Recently revisited Dr. Alina in Denta Care for gum surgery (apicoectomy) and a crown and as with my previous visit. What a great experience, the infection cleared and fully healed. All the staff were so caring and kind yet totally professional and I had total confidence in them. The equipment and cleanliness were tip top. I am from Peru but live in the US for the past 22 years. This is my second visit to Smiles Peru and I am nothing but greatful to the staff as they made me feel like family. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. They evaluated my dental condition and set a plan to restore my teeth in such a tight schedule of mine. Treatment was excellent and very professional. I had 18 teeth removed and 8 implants put in over a three hour time period. There was no bleeding after and the pain level was low. After two days the temporary dentures was fitted. It has been about three weeks now and my gums are healed. The cost is about 1/4 to 1/5 the cost compared to prices in the US. Most people might be worried about the crime and the unknown going to Guatemala but I was met at the airport by the mother of the Alan (dentist). I stayed at her house in the heart of Guatemala City, she is very nice and she spoke great English. His mom drove me to the clinic and Alan drove me back. Of course, I have been there three times and travelled around with no problem.
